Alexander & Craig Ventures, LLC is a real estate development and consulting company founded by Brian Alexander and Michael Craig, Jr. in 2009. We are a full service residential firm that has established a solid reputation in DC as a reliable, trustworthy quality builder and realtor. The client-builder relationship is our highest priority: a quality we feel distinguishes us from the majority of other developers.

Brian Alexander - Project Manager and Designer

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems. He started renovating properties with his father at a young age and has since developed a special skill set maximizing the aesthetics and functionality of spaces in a home. His education and experience has led him to be a skilled builder, contractor, designer, and real estate developer. Brian designs all of the projects and manages the daily onsite construction. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is evidenced in each home.

Michael Craig, Jr. - Real Estate Agent

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master's in Human Resources Development. He is a licensed real estate agent in Washington, DC and Maryland. Born and raised in the District, Mike has a great understanding of the city and has owned and managed properties in the area for a number of years. He has created a successful career in business development and has established valuable relationships with other developers, real estate agents, and vendors.
